The amount, which varies depending on the villa, will be specified in your rental agreement and communicated by your advisor before booking.

The deposit is only retained in the event of confirmed damages or additional charges, and any deductions are always supported by documentation provided by the owner.

No amount will be withheld without a prior and thorough inspection of the property.This system ensures optimal security for both you and the owner.

The deposit is managed securely by our partners and will be fully refunded if no incidents are reported at the end of your stay.

What is the concierge service?

Our 24/7 concierge service organizes all aspects of your stay: restaurant reservations, vehicle rentals, water sports, excursions, grocery deliveries, spa and wellness, private events. Our local team knows Saint-Tropez perfectly.

What is included in the rental price?

The rental rate includes:

Yes, we offer virtual tours for all our properties. For significant bookings or long-term stays, we can arrange in-person viewings by appointment.

Are the villas equipped for families with children?

Absolutely. Upon request, we provide: baby cribs and children's beds, high chairs, pool safety barriers, toys and games, qualified babysitting service. Many villas also have secure play areas.

What happens at departure?

At departure, you must leave the villa before 10:00 AM. Our team conducts an inspection, collects the keys, and processes the security deposit refund (minus any damages) within 7 to 14 days.

What happens upon arrival?

Upon arrival, our team welcomes you personally, hands over the keys, gives you a detailed tour of the villa, explains how the equipment works, answers all your questions, and remains at your disposal throughout your stay.

How do I collect the keys?

A member of our team will personally welcome you at the villa to hand over the keys, give you a tour of the property, and answer all your questions. For late arrivals, arrangements can be made.

How do I get to the villa from the airport?

The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur (90 km). We offer private transfer service by luxury vehicle or helicopter. Car rental is also recommended to explore the region freely.

Is an early check-in or late check-out possible?

Check-in is scheduled from 5:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the villa’s availability and with the owners’ approval.

These options are not automatic and must be requested in advance through your advisor.

What happens to my security deposit?

The security deposit is refunded within 7 to 14 days after your departure, minus any damages or exceptional consumption. If no damage is found, the full deposit is returned.

Can I modify my booking dates?

Date modifications are possible depending on villa availability and subject to acceptance. Modification fees may apply. Contact us as soon as possible to review your request.

How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking, contact us by email or phone as soon as possible. Cancellation must be confirmed in writing. Refund conditions depend on the cancellation timeframe before the arrival date.

How does the villa purchase process work?
