Step 2: As soon as your booking is confirmed, a private concierge takes over to arrange all the necessary services, ensuring your stay becomes a truly unique experience.

Is a security deposit required for the rental?

Yes, a security deposit is requested prior to your arrival to cover any potential damages.

The amount, which varies depending on the villa, will be specified in your rental agreement and communicated by your advisor before booking.

The deposit is only retained in the event of confirmed damages or additional charges, and any deductions are always supported by documentation provided by the owner.

No amount will be withheld without a prior and thorough inspection of the property.This system ensures optimal security for both you and the owner.

The deposit is managed securely by our partners and will be fully refunded if no incidents are reported at the end of your stay.

Is an early check-in or late check-out possible?

Check-in is scheduled from 5:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the villa’s availability and with the owners’ approval.
