Villa DE LA PLAGE is a "pieds dans l'eau" villa set within Pointe Alègre, an exceptional private estate on the shores of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Its living room opens directly onto a private beach, facing Saint-Tropez across the bay.
The villa offers five sea-view double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one of them with a private entrance, a bright living room with kitchenette, and two terraces, one facing the harbour and one facing the garden. It is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dryer.
Outdoors, a heated 14 m swimming pool with waterfall and hydromassage, several outdoor dining areas and private parking complete the villa. Two guest houses, Villa du Capitaine and Villa du Phare, can be added on request for up to 16 guests.

No amount will be withheld without a prior and thorough inspection of the property.This system ensures optimal security for both you and the owner.
The deposit is managed securely by our partners and will be fully refunded if no incidents are reported at the end of your stay.
Check-in is scheduled from 5:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the villa’s availability and with the owners’ approval.
